2. Scope of Services
Elysian Vows provides bespoke wedding planning, event design, vendor coordination, and honeymoon planning. The specific details of your package will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement. We act as an intermediary between you and high-quality vendors to ensure your vision is meticulously realized.
3. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Payment schedules are divided into milestones to ensure transparency. All prices are in SGD unless otherwise specified.
- Deposit: Required to commence the planning process.
- Installments: Structured based on project phases.
- Final Balance: Due 30 days prior to the event date.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. While the initial booking fee is non-refundable, other payments may be eligible for partial refunds based on the timeframe of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional coordination fees.
5. Liability and Force Majeure
Elysian Vows shall not be held liable for failure to perform duties due to acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We advise all clients to obtain comprehensive wedding insurance.
